There is so much beauty in everyday vistas and yet often we are too hasty to notice them at all. In this case we don’t stop to smell the flowers, but to admire a stunning composition in its mundane simplicity.
The Colour Palette
There is something about doors. And trees. Put them in the same photo and I am most likely sold. The wall itself is a light version of my mother’s “vispgröt”, whipped porridge in Swedish, which sounds rather ghastly but is not, as the main ingredient happens to be the bright red lingonberry. Whipped airy with a hand mixer, vispgröt served with cold milk on top is a deliciously cool treat on warm days. But here we are again. I am not in the business of running a food blog, so let’s look at the urban setting instead.
